I ordered a treadmill online from BJ's Wholesale Club on January 23, 2012. The order went through January 25, 2012. My credit card was charged $647.99. I checked my order status until everyday to get the tracking number. After five days I finally got a tracking number only after checking my order status at BJ's. It did not look like a USPS tracking number so I called BJ's wholesale club. I kept on calling and even after calling for two weeks, they seemed to have no knowledge of how to locate the delivery company or where my treadmill was. On BJ's site it said shipped 1/26/2012. Finally, after several more daily calls to BJ's, they told me that HomeDirect USA was delivering the treadmill. I immediately called Home Direct USA and they could not tell me where the treadmill was. After almost two more weeks of trying to find out where my treadmill was, someone at Home Direct USA told me that they thought it was going to Custom Couriers in Rochester, NY. I found out what the phone number was and called Custom Couriers at least 10 times and Gordy said did not have my treadmill. On February 13, 2012 I finally decided to cancel my order and demanded the return of my money to my credit card. No money back yet and it's February 29, 2012! I was told I had to wait 5-10 days for credit from February 13, 2012. Today, February 29, 2012 (16 days still waiting for my credit return) I spoke to a supervisor, Edith (from BJ's) , that said I wouldn't get my money back until BJ's got their money from Proform. How is that? My card was charged from BJ's and my statement reflects that. I have no treadmill and no money back. I do not want the fโ€ฆ.k&&&* treadmill all I want is my money BACK! I will never do business with BJ's I have filed reports with both the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. This matter needs to be remedied ASAP!

All I want my is $647.99 back ASAP. I have NO treadmill! It was never delivered!

I Have Been a Vendor for Homedirectusa for over a Year and i Terminated my Contract Due to the Way they were treating there customers. This Company # 1 Doesn't like to PAY per there contract they want you to drive out of there way for 20 dollars and carry a 200 pound item and that is not what contract reads.

So to all consumers i can RELATE they don't like to Communicate and pay there Vendors who does the deliveries.

So PLEASE take my advice as a Business Owner if they are treating someone that works for them BAD. THEY will TREAT CUSTOMER BAD.

Bj's so call wholesale club is very expensive to compare with Costco. Many times I had observed that Costco products is more cheaper than Bj's.

People should not buy any product from Bj's... Their gas price is also expensive..

Check it out.. I urged people not to be Bj's member whosale club.

You should probably be more angry at the courier company, BJ's couldn't obtain a tracking number because the courier company could not get their records straight. True BJ's should get you your money back and eat it from the courier if they don't get it back.
