After having to file multiple complaints in the past regarding the LOW QUALITY SERVICE offered by BJS to its customers in the Deli section (STORE NO 179 – WEST KENDALL, MIAMI), I now believe there is reason behind this. Valley stream bjs is the worst ever the lines r always to the back of the store. Nobody cares that works there. They have over 20 registers with only 5 open on a Labor Day holiday weekend . Managers should all be fired they obviously are nitnansgi g the store and when you call the valley stream bjs customer service the phone just rings and rings and nobody answers this what we pay s membership for outrageous !!!! BJ's on Oregon Avenue is bad customer service products in the bakery well done hard baking cookies, you are treated like a criminal when entering BJ's always have to show your card, the EBT system is always down only cash or credit which is being bias for the people that can't afford the money and only have the EBT card there is so much inconvenience at this store if you want who has better service you have to go out in the suburbs to get... At BJs in Yonkers right now on 10 items or less line for over 20 while cashier waits for someone to get an item. Managers standing in middle of cashier area talking & laughing while customers just wait.

Cashier at bjs charged my card twice. When i went back to find out how my money will be refunded. The manager was disrespectful and refused to give me her name. Her name is Judy Steinzor. My card was charged 250.00 twice. I did nothing wrong but was made to feel i did. I was not helped and i fwlt disgusted. I will no longer shop at b j s. I purchased a package of the ground beef because I thought I was getting a deal for 2.99 lb; but when I made burgers, they didn't tastes like ground beef. It hardly had any taste. The meat they are grinding up are from very flavorless parts. I don't know what they are putting in the ground beef, but even when it was cooking, it didn't smell as nice as I am used to. @BJsWholesale Very bad customer service at your Cutler Ridge FL store. Ordered tires then get a call that they were discontinued (Yet still on website) Next had to repurchase tires. Then was told order not in the system after many many unanswered calls . (They don't answer calls) spoke to 3 managers who did nothing to help the situation.
