Yesterday (jun/30/2022) around 7:00pm I have a situation in the Store located in Kissimmee FL. When I was leaving the store, the person in the front door, Carmen, was very rude.
She touched and moved all the items in my cart. She said that I have more articles in the cart, The ticket said 15 and I have 18. So I asked about what are the articles that are missing. She said in a very rude tone that she do not have time for that, that she can not stop the line to tell me, That I need go to the back and check myself.
So, I did I checked and find the articles. I went back to the cashier and pay for the articles. So when I came back to the door. My husband was still there.
She retained my husband in the store until I came back. She start in a very rude way moving and touching all my stuff in the car. I told her that please hurry up. She said in spanish ( nadie te manda a no escanearlos)in front of everybody she accused me that i am trying to steal the articles.So one the article felt to the floor.
My husband told her that he do not want the article anymore that he want a new one. She said go get it by yourself. I told her that call the manager. She called to the manager (Yeff) and I waited in the front door for more than 40 mts and nobody cames.
She continues with very rude comments and attitudes. Since nobody came after 1 hour, I went to the customer service and then they called the manager (Yeff) and he finally came and I told him about the incident.
The lady in customer service was very sweet and she apologized for the incident. I waste more than an hour of my time in this situation, and my frozen food melted.

Hello,
I ordered a birthday cake for pick up on Saturday 7/23/22 at noon. When I arrived at the Bakery I was told the Bakery was running behind schedule due to a bakery employer calling out sick at 6am that does most of the decorating.
I was asked to return within 45 minutes as my cake was being worked on. I returned at 12:45pm and was told by the same employer that my order sheet was not located and I had no cake. I was very upset and stated I was just told that my cake was being worked on 45 minutes earlier. The person in charge a gentleman came to the Bakery Department and had several customers that were not happy with how this was being handle.
This person in charge then saided "they was nothing he could do." Another women cake came out of the Bakery terribly decorated and whe she asked for a discount she was told "no" by this gentleman that was (Person in Charge for the day). Two other customers cancelled their orders. This situation caused no birthday cake for my 12 year old daughter that she picked herself. This is not acceptable and I would like someone for the Corporate Office to reach out to me as soon as possible at 508-208-****.
This should not be allowed and a manager or person in charge should have a solution or have notified the numerous customers that were upset, irate and not returning back to BJ's Wholesale in Dartmouth MA due to this incident. Terrible customer services from the Bakery staff as well as the managerment staff.

I placed an order on 6/15/22 for a deck storage box and two birdhouses.
Received only one birdhouse and had to call your customer service to find out what happened to the second one. Still don't know what happened to it, but was told that the second birdhouse will be delivered on 6/23 and was given a new UPS tracking number. After a few days, I tied to track the package on the UPS website but the tracking number was invalid. Called your customer service again today (/624) and was told that this item was not shipped yet.
I REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THIS ITEM.
The 70 Gal Deck Box, item number 264601, FedEx tracking No. 578162****74 was never delivered and when tracked, it does not show the available delivery date. During the same call on 6/24 your rep, the FedEx rep, and I had a 3-way conversation during which the FedEx rep advised your customer rep to initiate a claim for the lost item. Later on, FedEx called to get some info, but unfortunately, the claim was opened under a WRONG tracking number!
FedEx advised me to call BJ again and tell them to call them and open a claim under the correct tracking number.
Well, I am done calling! This is been a terrible experience shopping on BJ's website.
I like the entire order for the remaining two items to be canceled and a refund issued for the amount charged on my credit card.

Preferred solution: I need to have put on record that I called in this evening, after having my vehicle towed from the BJ’s gas pumps where it is highly suspected that there is water in the gasoline… Problem with my Yukon XL in the circumstances is highly suspicious.

I used self check out at BJs on 4/15, and was prompted to put in my name, address,etc. I had never been asked to do this before so I thought they were just updating my information.
When I finished it said I had been approved for a credit card. I didnt ask for or want a credit card. The employee told me to just cut it up when it came in the mail. A few days later I heard about their three months of 50cents of/gallon of gas offer if you applied for a credit card so I kept the card.
When I pumped gas, however, I was only getting 10cents off. They wouldnt honor it because I applied 6 days before the 4/21-5/1 sign up time. I called member services and explained what had happened and said I thought it was deceptive the way it happened. The rep agreed, put me on hold and talked to his boss.
They said they understood and would register my cc so I would be included in the offer. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name at a ticket number. The next few times I filled up I only got 10 cents off and got the other 40 cents credited when I went to member services. The last time I was told I needed to call customer services again and get my card registered.
I did that and told the rep this whole big story. He said I would receive an email with an answer.
The answer came and I was told I did not qualify since I applied 6days too early. I retold the story and stated I didnt ask for or want their cc. He responded by giving me the phone number to cancel the card and repeated that they did not make any exceptions.
The last line was Thank you for being a loyal BJs customer !
I am hopping mad..as you can tell if youre still reading this! Im now going to cancel my membership and the credit card, post a negative review everyplace I can and call the local TV station that investigates this kind of complaints. I maybe use 10 gallons of gas a week.
They didnt honor what was promised the first time I called and saved their company less than $100. Shame on them!

I have been a member for over 18 years. Your club has upgraded the insides.
Looks great. Unfortunately, your leadership has gone south.
The latest had to do with a front-end manager T.
I went to the supervisor desk located by the registers and waited for some assistance. T and another associate came by the desk (a couple of feet from me) talking, did not recognize me and was gone before I could say anything. I waited and a few minutes later, she came back to the desk.
This time she said, "Excuse me I have to get to the computer".
She did not acknowledge me by greeting or asking if she could be of assistance.
I asked why she ignored me, and she started arguing with me, I believe in an attempt to make this my fault.
I have had similar situations over the years. I do not want to put up with it anymore. I have over the years spent a lot of money and have two Inner Circle cards.
I will now (drive a bit more) take my business to Costco.
I did a bit of shopping and interacted with several of their associates, and they appear to want to serve me.
I suggest anyone wanting to join a club. Select Costco or SAMs and stay away from BJ's.
I only one I rated low is customer service.

Purchased a grill at BJ's and spent $99.99 for assembly, which they apparently sub-contract through Handy. (I learned later that If I had contracted it directly through Handy, the cost would have been $75).
Handy rescheduled the assembly appointment on me 3 times before flat-out cancelling the order. I assembled the grill myself. Bj's still charged me the $99.99. I called BJ's to get it removed and was told I needed to contact Handy.
Handy only wanted to refund me $75, even though Bj's charged me $99.99.
So far, I am at 3 hours worth of calls, and FIVE bounce backs between Bj's and Handy - still trying to get the charge removed from my BJ's card. BOTH COMPANIES HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER.
