BJs Wholesale Club - BJs canceled my order.
Today I bought several item from BJs online outdoor clearance item and they canceled my order. why they advertise wrong price online and not honor our order.
I west my time. first they email me order confirmation and later they email me cancel my order. my order # 6176**** and order # 6176****. and also more than 20 bjs pick and pay order canceled my order too.
when ever I go to pick up my order they can't find my order item, i have to drive more than 25 miles and vest my time. can i report to consumer bureau for this kind of act? wrong price advertised and not honor the order.
now a days people buy online. should I trust them.
