According to BJS Wholesale Club FAQs technically your niece cannot use your card. However there are statements that it is possible and people do it quite often. Usually no one checks your card and identity. If someone stops your niece, she can ask for a free trial membership and she will be given a card to use by herself.

Employee here. Technically no. In the terms of membership, the membership is non transferable. However, it's highly unlikely that anyone is going to check, or even have an issue with her using your card. If she is stopped, or otherwise prevented, my recommendation would be to go to the member services desk to inquire about signing up for a 3-month free trial membership in her name. No charges are involved with the trial, but it shouldn't be necessary for your niece to use your card. Please stay safe and healthy!

How can first responders get special hours to shop.

I understand that every day you allow individuals that are 60 and over to shop between 8am and 8am. It would be helpful for an individual like me (healthcare worker, front line) that you could dedicate certain days to us!

For example maybe the 60 and over could get a couple of days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The other days for essential individuals. By the time I get in the club at 9-9:15 am the shelves are empty every single time. We as essential personnel donโ€™t have a lot of extra time to shop and obtain the supplies we need.

Other major retailers are only doing a few specific days a week for the 60 and over population.

Iโ€™m asking you to please review this and please make some adjustments to your current situation. Thank you in advance!

As of this moment in time, Monday-Saturday 8am-9am for anyone 60+, and Sunday 8am-9am is any First Responders, or other healthcare workers, no membership required. In addition, all first responders (and healthcare workers) are being offered a 4 month free membership, which can be added to an existing membership, expired membership, or a new membership. Simply bring a work ID to member services!

how do I resolve the issue on getting my TV delivered.

Bj's customer service is horrible. This is my first order with Bj's and nobody shows any responsibility to resolve this issue.

I am trying to get this resolved for last 3 weeks and no one cares. I still have not got my TV delivered. I contact Bj's for the update, they say Ceva delivery company has it and to call them. When I call Ceva they say that they do not have the TV sent to them by Bj's to deliver.

Someone please help. Supervisors are not bothered to call back to resolve
