Complaint about not having coupon books available at the wallingford, CT Club

Please make sure you send some coupon books to the Wallingford Connecticut BJs location. I did not have my phone available so they refused to help me at my latest visit. The customer service person told me that they did not receive any books from the corporate office. Of Course I did notice that there were a few at the registers so I assume that they were telling me a little white lie. SEND BOOKS PLEASE _ PS YOUR APP IS NOT USER FRIENDLY _ I DON'T LIKE IT at all it frustrates me . Thank you Heather Bohnwagner

The General manager Toniann Parinella at N. Brunswick store ignored me.

Toniann Parinella had me waiting by the mattresses because BJs didnt have a full size mattress on the floor. I felt it was absolutely rude that she told me she was going to check in the back of the store for the mattress and never returned to say anything. I waited for 20 mins before I became impatient. Incident happened on Sept 6, 2021 I have called the store twice to report her but wasnt able to speak with the regional manager or her superior. I was told I was going to get a call back but havent. i came in yesterday and spent 250$ with you.im a regular customer so i love it there but i bought the 3 pack of dawn dish soap spray that arel packaged as one. the 2 refill bottles were empty. i guess they were damaged and leaked out because the outside was sticky.

I bought muffins labeled chocolate chip and they were blueberry. I am allergic to berry. I cut them and I realized they were wrong. I started itching and I had to take allergic pills and watch my body for any issues.They have to be careful in how they label their products since customers are allergic to different things.

Good experience at Voorhees Store #153

When I was shopping on 9/9/21 One of your employees, Dawn, realized I was alone and had a large order. She immediately came to help me. She also looked for an item I could not find. Usually my husband comes with me and helps at the check out, but he is ill and could not come. Dawn is an asset to your company and I appreciate the help she willingly gave me. Missing order

Placed an order on 8/11 with all items listed as 2 day Bjs stocked delivery. Once order finalized 2 day delivery disappeared from the app entirely as well as my order. Order was paid for day 1 and by day 5 it showed no tracking, nothing as complete or shipped just "processing". Called customer service that was getting it to escalation team with the promise of 48-72 return call with resolution. App showed some more weird updates so I called again 24 hours later and same promise from original time frame. 7 days later I finally got most of my order.

User's recommendation: Never trust they will actually follow up and call you back.

Set purchased 6/3/21 delivery 6/14 (thats another story) Chair stopped working week of 8/1 contacted bj customer service was told yesterday two options keep chair way it is for 200 or return whole set. Was told set not in stock do not know if ever going to be in stock again and they do not have a service technician...

the purchase of a chicken parmesan casserole with a $5 coupon was not honored. the item was overpriced, as evidenced by the attached documents. A phone call to the store resulted in another trip, with receipt in hand, to receive a refund of 50 cents.

I had cancelled my membership,

At least a month ago, I jumped through all the hoops to cancel my membership. I do not shop at your store, it is to far away and inconvenient . Much to my surprise I just received a statement billing me for Membership and late charges. You can check and verify I have not made a purchase for a long time. Please make sure my account is cancelled and credit the balance. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I regret your characterization that I am a PISSED CUSTOMER. (grow up)

Enrolled in auto renewal without my consent

I had my credit card frozen because they charged my card my renewal fee that I never signed up for. Once I spoke to a customer service rep she said that it comes up at checkout and we probably did it then. Ive been a member for over 20 years and more and more I think I need to end my membership with BJs and switch to Costco because of stuff like this.

Online order

I placed an order for post it note tabs, it took 2 weeks to get. I was more than willing to pick up but they said it was unavailable and online only. They charged $6. for delivery of post it note tabs. I ordered 5 packs, only received 3. I am unable to get through to someone in the USA. I keep waiting online to get connected to Central America. It is the worst shopping experience

Online KING SIZE DIRECT order cancelled after not shipping for 14 days. Vendor shipped 3 days later. I immediately informed vendor I had FedEx cancel delivery. I never took possession of package. Vendor deducted return freight of $21.40 for a 2 lb. package. BJ's Comenity REFUSED to remove this FRAUDULENT charge. By association BJ's corporate is complicit in this theft.
