Membership cancellation

Membership was renewed and fees charged June 1, 2026. I do not want to renew and would like a refund for these charges of $65.18.

Unable to get help on removing the old email address, change to the new address.

I was unable to make an online purchase due to the rep not correcting the change from an old email address to the new address when I'd renewed my account. After trying numerous times to reach someone in customer service for help, I finally did.

I was told I had to come into the store (7 miles away) to make the correction on my account and make my online purchase. Once, at the store, I was told they couldn't make the changes to my email address: that would come from the corporate office, or I could send you a reset email to your address. I left the store and made a close to two-hundred-dollar purchase (microwave) at another store. I called today (6/2) for help.

I didn't receive the reset email, and the rep on the phone told me to go back to the store.

I've reached my limited... Cancel my account.

I had an experience at your *** location yesterday that I still can't even believe. I went in with a nearly flat tire at a little after 4 p.m.

and the manager refused to help me. I told him I had my daughter in the car and he told me that 'wasn't his problem' and that he was 'trying to get out of there for the day.' I told him I had a spare and begged him to put it on for me because I didn't have any tools with me, and he literally told me that there were 'at least 5 other tire places in the area' and to go somewhere else. I told him I was going to report him and he literally laughed and said, 'Good, go ahead.' I went up to the front of the store to customer service and told the manager what happened. She went back there with me and he had already left.

An elderly gentleman who worked there helped me with my tire, but it is not okay for a so-called 'manager' to treat customers like this.

Especially not a woman with her child in the car. I will be cancelling my membership and, as a journalist, I will be posting about this experience to my 150,000 followers on X.

Business must be great since BJ's couldn't keep up with so many customers. We're trying again today. Just asking if my new eyeglasses are ready. I was told to call after 10days

Bird Food Issue

BJ's is aware of issue. Since I have no idea whether this issue will be rectified or not in a timely fashion, we have decided to quite purchasing the product until we can be assured the issues has been resolved.

I have no problems with the in-store service, but reaching out to corporate and hearing no response to my question is discouraging when the bird food may not be safe for the birds to eat.

Not getting the authentication code

At the *** location you put ALL of the handicapped spaces as far from the door as possible. Non- handicapped people get to park right in front of the door. Why did you do that???

I signed in just fine. But when I 'clip' a coupon, it tells me to sign in or join.

I don't know what's going on. And it wouldn't let me add my EBT card.
